  1.  INOCULATIONS. Your dog MUST be inoculated against canine distemper, infectious hepatitis, canine parvovirus and leptospirosis.  We must have proof of    this annual booster with an up to date vets certificate. If we do not see this, we will refuse to accecpt your dog(s).

  2.  ILLNESS.  We reserve the right to refuse admission to any dog that appears unwell or has any condition that may be contagious.

  3.  VETS.  We have a vet on call 24 hrs a day.  If, in our opinion, it is necessary for a vet to attend your pet whilst in our care, the vet's cost will be added to your bill.

  4.  HEALTH AND SAFETY.  Whilst we will take all reasonable care to look after your dog while in our care, no liability will be accepted for anything arising from the intervention of outside agencies.

  5.  BITCHES.  We will not accept a bitch that is in season.

  6.  KENNEL COUGH.  We will not accept any dog that appears to have kennel cough.  Because of the nature of the virus we cannot prevent the spread of t through the kennels, so we cannot accept any liability if your dog contracts the virus, even if they have had any of the kennel cough vaccines.

  7.  BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT.  All bookings, either by phone or in person, will be treated as "firm". We ask for the full boarding fees to be settled at the time of collection, by cash, or cheque, or bank transfer.  Sorry, we do not take credit or debit cards.

  8.  CANCELLATIONS.   Please give as much notice as possible for cancellations.  FAILURE TO NOTIFY US, PARTICULARLY AT PEAK TIMES, MAY RESULT IN FULL FEES BEING CHARGED.

  9.  DELIVERY AND COLLECTION.   If you find that you need to alter your dates from the original booking, please give as much notice as possible.  It may not be possible to increase your booking at peak times. Please check your dates carefully and allow a day either side of your holiday dates, to avoid disappointment.

 10.  FAILURE TO COLLECT.  We reserve to right to relocate any dog not collected within 14 days of the agreed collection date, if we receive no communication from the owner or agent and all efforts to contact the owner have failed.
