Country Paws Boarding COVID-19 information

If you have any of the COVID-19 symptoms please stay at home and isolate for 14 days DO NOT COLLECT YOUR DOG yourself.

On site please stay 2 metres apart at all times.

WE ARE OPEN FOR BOOKING PLEASE RING!

 

Arrivals (Morning)

• Book in for your time of arrival (this should have been asked on booking)

• Please stay in car park and do not enter any building. We will come and find you.

• We are unable to accept any bedding or toys at this time.

• Please have all paper work ready to hand over. Best if in a plastic wallet.

 

Departures (Afternoon)

 

• Book in for your time of departure  (this should have been asked on booking)

• Please stay in car park and do not enter any building. We will come and find you.

• All paper work and invoice will be handed over. We accept card, cash, cheque or bank transfer.

 

Other information

Toilet facilities are NOT available on site in line with government guidelines.

Extra cleaning and handwashing processes are in place.

Full disinfection will happen each lunch time between arrivals and departures.

No visits to view kennels can happen at this time.
